Blueberry & Almond Granola

This crunchy blueberry and almond granola is the perfect breakfast recipe. It is also a great snack! To make your own delicious crunch, follow the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Nuoi Foods Almond Nutbutter
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • Handful of Blueberries

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Transfer to a baking tray and spread evenly across the tray
  3. Bake in the oven for around 8 minutes

Tastes great with soy yoghurt and fresh fruit.
