Super Blueberry baked oats

If you’re are ever getting bored of your standard porridge or over night oats then these baked oats are a great way to mix up your breakfast. This deliciously healthy breakfast tasted like a mixture of fruit crumble and cookies! The recipe is made with our Nuoi Foods Superfood Original nut butter and blueberries so it’s packed full of all the nutrients you need to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Nuoi Foods Superfood nut butter
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (around 355ml)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees fan
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until combined
  3. Place the mixture into an oven proof dish
  4. Bake in the oven for around 30-35 minutes until golden brown
  5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a couple of minutes
  6. Enjoy your delicious baked oats (hint: it tastes really great with a spoonful of yoghurt, more fruit and of course, an extra dollop of Nuoi Foods nut butter!)
