This delicious vegan Aioli is perfect as a dip or as part of a salad. Made with our Almond butter and garlic it’s also so much better for you! The perfect recipe for summer.
- 2 tbsp Nuoi Foods Almond butter
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 large garlic glove (you can add another if you want it extra garlic-y)
- Black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Blend the garlic, mustard, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor
- Add your Nuoi Foods Almond butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the mixture and blend together
- Gradually add the almond milk until the sauce is creamy, but not too runny
- Boom, your delicious dip is ready! We paired ours with Paprika roasted sweet potato fries, but it tastes delicious with pretty much anything. Enjoy!
