Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

We love a good smoothie bowl and this one is a personal favourite of ours! Made using our Superfood Coconut nut butter and lots of fresh fruit, it tastes amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Nuoi Foods Superfood Coconut nut butter
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cups flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup of vegan vanilla or coconut flavour protein (this is optional, but a really great idea to add if you have a vegan diet! As avid gym goers, we always try and get some extra protein in our breakfast)

Method (you’re gonna love how easy this is….):

  1. Put all of your ingredients into a blender and mix until combined
  2. Pour into a bowl and add your topping (we used a range of fruit, seeds, oats and of course, extra nut butter to make it look pretty!)
  3. Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
