Raspberry and coconut overnight oats

This is the perfect spring time on-the-go breakfast which is easy to make for a busy morning! You can easily eat these delicious oats whilst commuting, at work or at the gym. Made with our Superfood Coconut nut butter, this is one seriously nutritious breakfast!

Ingredients:

For the oats:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other dairy free milk)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp Nuoi Foods Superfood Coconut nut butter
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 6 Raspberries

Toppings:

  • Yoghurt
  • Raspberries
  • Nuoi Foods Superfood Coconut nut butter
  • Desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Mix together all of the oat ingredients in your chosen tub, make sure you mash up the raspberries a bit to release that delicious raspberry flavour!
  2. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
  3. In the morning, take out your breakfast and add your tasty toppings!
