Pecan Mocha Cups

Everybody stop what you’re doing and make these pecan-y, chocolate-y rich bites of heaven…. you won’t regret it! These are the perfect sweet treat to ensure you’re getting all of your healthy fats, they are low carb and utterly delicious!

Makes around 20 cups.


For the chocolate cups:

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the coffee creme filling:

  • 1 tbsp Coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (ground with mortar and pestle)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

For the pecan filling:

  • Nuoi Foods Pecan Pie nut butter


  • Pecan nuts
  • Nuoi food Pecan Pie nut butter



  1. Get out 20 mini paper cupcake cases and place on a plate or tray
  2. Mix together the melted coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup to make the chocolate outer layer of the cups
  3. Put one tsp of chocolate into each mini cupcake case and then place in the fridge to cool for around 30 minutes
  4. Whilst these are cooling, make your coffee creme
  5. Melt 1 tbsp of coconut butter by microwaving for around 30 seconds
  6. Then mix in the ground coffee and maple syrup
  7. Take your chocolate cups out of the fridge and put 1/2 tsp of coffee creme on top of the chocolate
  8. Then layer 1/2 tsp of Nuoi Foods Pecan Pie nut butter on top of the coffee creme
  9. Lastly, put one more teaspoon of the chocolate mixture in each case to fill it up to the top
  10. Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes
  11. Decorate the cups with a tiny bit of Pecan Pie nut butter and a pecan nut
  12. Keep refrigerated and try not to eat them all at once!
