Sunday pancake goals….you have to try this delicious recipe! Perfect for any day of the week, this quick and easy recipe will be a favourite at the breakfast table.
Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp vegan protein powder (we used pea protein)
- 1/3 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup dairy free milk (we used almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method:
- Put it all into the blender or a bowl and hand blend and you have a thick batter
- Mix in some chocolate chips
- Heat some oil in a non stick pan and turn to a low heat
- Pour the batter into small sized discs
- Cook each side for around 2 minutes until slightly golden
- Stack up pancakes
- Top with lots of delicious Nuoi Foods nut butter, we used Hazelnut Cocoa
- Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, strawberries and banana
